Vacature Medis: Product Application Specialist – Cardiovascular MRI

As a Product Application Specialist you will provide first-line support to medical and industrial professionals.

Responsibilities

• Providing product demonstrations and helping sales teams in pre-sales operations 
• Installing and configuring Medis software solutions remotely at customer’s sites
• Providing customer support by phone, e-mail and other internet-based solutions
• Optimizing network connectivity issues for the customer
• Reproducing and analyzing customer issues
• Categorizing and prioritizing customer issues
• Participate in gathering customer feedback on products and take part in R&D meetings 
• Identifying potential sales opportunities

Candidate Profile

Education and Experience

• Knowledge about (cardiovascular) MRI and its basic principles
• Familiarity with the health care market (hospitals, clinics, radiology or imaging centers) is a plus
• Master’s degree in a (bio)medical imaging or an IT related discipline
• Knowledge of and hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows and network environments
• Knowledge about DICOM-connectivity is a plus

As a product application specialist you will work from our corporate office in Leiden, which is located next to the Leiden Central Station and also close to our primary research partner, the Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC).
